An embedded engineering practice that takes products from concept to the field — electronics, firmware, and the mobile and desktop software around them — under one roof. Silicon to cloud, bench to field.
Agastix grew out of years of hands-on product work: battery regeneration machines, engine decarbonisation platforms, hydroponics automation, traffic control systems, monitoring networks for factories and farms. That breadth is deliberate — the same engineering discipline applies whether the box ends up in a garage, a greenhouse or a junction cabinet.
What ties the work together is an end-to-end approach. We don’t hand a schematic to one vendor and an app brief to another; the board, the firmware and the application are designed by the same hands, against the same requirements, at the same time. Products reach the field faster and behave like one product when they arrive.

Forensic, not guess-driven
Root-cause down to the exact defect. We read live RAM over SWD to prove the fix, and run adversarial audits before anything ships.
Fail-safe by doctrine
Correctness isn't the happy path — it's what happens when comms drop, a lamp blows or the server vanishes. A signal head goes all-red or amber-flash. Never dark.
Field-hardened reality
Real hardware bites. We validate on the actual bench, with the actual firmware, before calling anything done — the bench, not the slide deck.
Compulsively documented
CLI-first and reproducible. Every change gets a .bak, a changelog and a machine-readable audit. Nothing is done in the dark.

Consultation
Every engagement starts with the problem, not a quote. Requirements, constraints, target cost and the regulatory landscape — with an honest read on feasibility, including when off-the-shelf is the better answer.
Design
System architecture, component selection, schematic capture and PCB layout — with firmware and application architecture defined in the same pass. Designing hardware and software together is what prevents the integration surprises later.
Prototype
We build and bring up boards, develop firmware against real hardware and iterate quickly. You see working units early — not renders — and field trials start as soon as a unit can survive one.
Production
Design-for-manufacture cleanup, fabrication and assembly handoff, test jigs and production programming — the documentation a contract manufacturer actually needs, with us involved through the first runs.
Support
Shipped is not finished. OTA firmware updates, fleet provisioning, revisions for component obsolescence, and the monitoring that tells you how products behave in the field.
